We notarize single documents and/or document packages requiring notarial certificates. Travel fees are in addition to fees for notarial acts. The fee for a single notarization is $6 (per TGC 406.024).

Upon confirmation of your appointment, we will discuss your specific needs in regards to documents, identification, witnesses, and the type of service requested.

TAKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Deeds, Wills, Estates, and Contracts. Individual Acknowledgements, Representative Capacity, (Public Officer, Administrator, or Executor, Guardian, Trustee, or other Representative.  Corporate Officers, Partner in a Partnership, Attorney-In Fact.

Proof of Execution By A Witness, Proof of Acknowledgement by Handwriting.

PROOFS

Affidavits, Swearing a Witness for Depositions, Official Office Oaths, Employment Applications, Bank Statements and Documents.

ADMINISTERING OATHS AND AFFIRMATIONS

(Visually Impaired Signer, Hearing Impaired, Speech Impaired, and Unable to Write) MINORS, ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, SUBPOENAS, & PROTESTS.

NOTARIZING DOCUMENTS FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WITH A DISABILITY

Bills of Sales, Lease Agreements, Insurance forms, Travel forms, Contracts and Invoices, Consent Forms, School and College Forms, Work Authorization Forms.

CERTIFYING COPIES

All legal and non-legal documents requiring a notary public's official seal of the state of Texas.

DOCUMENTS

Our base travel rate is $30 for appointments in Montgomery County; we will provide you a quote for travel to your specific location during the initial consultation, or feel free to message us anytime for an estimate.
Travel fee includes the time and expense for your notary to bring their expert service to you.
